A fire or security system is only as good as the people who plan, fit and look after it. Essatech brings deep, hands-on experience to each step. We have been in business for more than 15 years, and our skilled, licensed team has 80 years of combined experience in fire safety and electronic security.

That experience is practical. We have helped clients obtain more than 200 Fire NOCs, so we know what inspectors look for, which documents they ask for and where applications usually stall. We bring that knowledge to every design, so that your building is ready for inspection and not only for installation.

Many owners meet the Fire NOC for the first time when a sale, loan or licence needs it. We act as your fire safety consultant: we study the building, tell you what systems it is likely to need, prepare the fire drawings and equipment schedule and install and test the systems. We then prepare the reports your application needs and run a pre-inspection check, so that gaps are fixed before the department visits.

Defence establishments, including Indian Navy and Army sites, can ask us for a plan and quote, subject to their own security and vendor-registration rules. We do not claim earlier defence work, and we follow your procedure from the first enquiry.
