This page is part of our CCTV surveillance systems range. A factory is hard on cameras. Dust blocks lenses, vibration loosens mounts, heat cooks electronics and some areas hold flammable vapour. Industrial CCTV cameras in Hyderabad are chosen for those conditions, so recording stays continuous when it matters most.
Match the camera to the area
Each area has its own hazards, so we choose the camera by area:
- Hazardous areas: cameras in approved explosion-protected housings
- Chemical and food plants: stainless steel housings
- Furnaces and boiler areas: high-temperature cameras
- Dusty or wet areas: wiper cameras and sealed housings
- Large yards: long-zoom cameras
Hazardous area cameras
Where flammable gas or vapour may be present, an ordinary camera can be a source of ignition. Approved cameras sit in housings that contain any spark, and they carry a certificate for the zone and gas group.
We check the certificate against your site classification and fit certified cable glands, so the protection holds.
Dust, heat and vibration
Dust coats lenses, so we use wipers or air purge where it helps. Heat shortens the life of electronics, so we use rated housings and shades. Vibration loosens fixings, so we use locking hardware and check mounts on each visit.
Who we work for
Builders and architects of plants should list hazardous zones and camera poles on the layout, so cable routes and approvals are settled before construction. MEP consultants can send the specification and we price against it. Corporates and hospital owners get one team across sites and wings. Industries get designs matched to their hazards. Defence establishments, including Indian Navy and Army sites, can ask for a plan and quote, subject to their security and vendor-registration rules. For upkeep after handover, see our CCTV AMC and repair page.
Industrial cameras across Hyderabad
Pharma and chemical units at Jeedimetla and Bachupally use cameras in approved housings. Factories at Patancheru use rugged cameras on production floors and yards.
Warehouses at Shamshabad use long-zoom cameras across loading areas. Where this work ties into fire safety, the Telangana State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department sets the requirements. Our Gachibowli team handles each job, and the Hyderabad office page lists our other services. Coastal sites can read our Industrial CCTV Cameras in Visakhapatnam page.

Standards and approvals
Cameras and recorders are chosen from products with data sheets, and installation follows the maker's cable and power rules. Footage can show staff and visitors, so we agree who may view and copy it. See our CCTV installation page for the wider service. These terms apply to every industrial CCTV cameras job in Hyderabad that we take on.
